Design Now So You Can Enjoy During The Summer
Matt is a landscape designer and our newest team member. “Everyone is worried about being stuck at home for another year or summer and they’ve been calling non-stop to discuss new projects.” Matt said
It may only be February and there may still be snow on the ground, but don’t let that mislead you into thinking you can wait until March or April to start thinking about those outdoor projects.
“The design process can take days, weeks and even months depending on the size and scope of the project. As an architect my goal is to create an outdoor living space that’s tailored specifically to you and your property. In the winter I’m able to give clients my undivided attention because I’m not spending any time on jobsites.” Rebecca said

At PLS we take the design and estimating phases of a job very seriously. We never want to be in a position where something wasn’t accounted for or was estimated inaccurately. A group of homeowners who were surveyed by a national building organization said, the worst parts of the construction process are delays, changes and unforeseen problems. With the standards and procedures that PLS has in place, we are able to drastically reduce and often eliminate those issues during construction.
We are cultivating a relationship between our staff and the customer long before a shovel ever hits the ground. Starting the design phase in the winter gives us more time to get to know the customer and their property, which helps to ensure a smooth and seamless construction process.
